Approximately 3-4 times per year your furniture should receive an application of a good quality furniture oil. Work oil into a a soft cloth and apply to the furniture. Allow to dry. If desired, buff off any excess with a soft dry cloth.

Danish Furniture has available through its subsidiary Danish Accents, an oil product called Danish Furniture Creme which has been specially formulated for use on teak furniture. However, this formulation is equally effective on other species of wood as well.

White marks caused by water stains can often be removed by saturating a small pad of extra fine steel wool with furniture oil and gently rubbing the mark with the grain of the wood.
